SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through many different couriers to fulfil delivery needs.  You will get real-time shipping costs available to you during checkout.  You will be notified by email when your items have been shipped and will be provided with your tracking number.  We are not responsible for delays in shipments after they leave our store.  If you have any questions please feel free to send us a message or email!

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY


All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased art.

Please contact us with any concerns or questions before proceeding with any purchase.

Client is responsible to carefully read the item (s) descriptions and contact us if there’s any further information needed and/or have questions. 

We take great efforts in describing all our products accurately and all listings include many natural (daylight) pictures that are as true as possible to the artwork.  Artwork dimensions are clearly stated along with the item description and the purchaser is responsible to make sure the piece will fit well in the space the art will be hung. 

Your satisfaction is our main priority and we are here to assist you.

Please note that due to screens/monitors differences, slight variations in colour may occur.

Please contact us if you need any clarification regarding colours.

Wallindulge is not responsible for lost or damaged items throughout transit. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, the client must make us aware of any damaged or lost item (s) within 30 days of shipment in order to be able to file a claim with the carrier for a possible reimbursement.  
Please provide us pictures and a detailed description of the damages your item suffered in transit along with pictures of the package (if the package was severely damaged by the carrier through transit).  

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Artwork must be packaged carefully and returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The client should insure the returned goods for their entire value and provide us with the tracking number. If an uninsured item gets lost in transit, filing a claim for reimbursement will not be possible. 

 


C A N C E L L A T I O N

Made-To-Order artwork cancellations:
We will accept cancellations within a 24hr period after order has been placed. A 25%  fee will apply to ALL order cancellation requests made after the 24hr period.
